Entry submitted! I've been taking it easy too since the HM and will be back to my "normal" schedule this week. Two runs home from work of between 3-5 miles depending on the route I take, parkrun on Saturday and a long run on Sunday.
Well done Sick Note2 - I can remember when I first ran the Marathon back in 2007 I got to mile 18 and wondered what I was doing there - finished in 6.29! Have improved a little since then and agree with you about the HH training plans. I've only ever followed Novice 1 but should maybe check out Novice 2 next time. Taking it a little easy after the Limassol HM on 10 April with the next race being the BUPA 10k on Monday 30 May, Olympic Park on 12 June, HM in September and another in Manchester in October. There'll be others that slot in throughout the rest of the year and parkrun every Saturday!
With regard to the charity place I've got a "contact" so there shouldn't be an issue if I want the place.
Hope everyone's ok and any stiffness is wearing off!
Just checked back through my running memorabilia last night and realised that I last ran London Marathon in 2011. Have been rejected ever since - surely I must stand a chance this year otherwise I'm going to start thinking it's personal
