Bit of a downsized wagon this year then peeps. Firstly well done for last year, secondly well done this year. I am only on day 3 having been weak at the weekend. See what I did there? Am just looking for the month at the most but will see how it goes. Am thinking about a 10k at the start of Feb as a goal but have had 4 months off due to calf hemorrage and ensuing malaise. Might be a bit too much too soon through!
Hey peeps, sorry to hear bad news Maddy. Well done y'all for your continued abstinence. Think everyone has conquered the hard bit. I did wobble at the weekend, bloody selfish stepdaughter and me with a tone of work to do, I kind of lost it about 5.20. Hadn't long been in from my run and was still mightily peed off in spite of endorphins running rampant so ended up having a bit of wine and (whine) with Mrs H. Anyway now back on. Am going to Feb 8th too Kev, although it may be the Friday night I crack.
Am fighting the urge. Mrs H has wine. This is not the sort if support you need really, is it? Might go to bed in a huff, just to show my maturity.
Btw Kev, have been on the green tea too!

I found the last time I was on the wagon, which was a while ago granted, that sleep, especially after the booze filled weeks over the Yuletide, took a good week or so to settle down into a reasonable pattern so it will happen, gfb, just gotta be patient! Easily said I know.Heads up peeps.
