I haven't been on here for a while. Pretty busy with races (Nissan Classic, Portglenone and BOOM 10K). Training has been going well for the last few weeks but still a bit short on paced. I have had three good 10 milers and plan to stick to that distance for my long runs until Christmas. After that all being well try and up the miles for a Spring Half Marathon.
I ran Cookstown on Friday evening and was happy with my run but have come out of it wit a niggle which is stopping me run. It's one thing after another just when I feel I'm making progress. Loads of stretching to do to try and free it up.
