Well done one2escape on your 10 miler. Marathon running is all about building up your endurance. A guy who ran with us said it was all about getting time on feet getting used to running for a certain length of time.
Enniskillen XC done and dusted and smashed last years time. Conditions a lot better this year and the 15mm spikes gave me grip when I needed it. Few pints on Sat night to celebrate. Hoping to do Stormont this Saturday.
