Hi everyone I haven't been on in a while. I have been trying to race my way back to fitness. I have done the Acorns 5K, Run 'n the Bann 5K and Laganside 10K along with the parkrun on a Saturday morning. I'm happy with my progress but would like more. I'm now back up to 10 miles on a Sunday morning so will continue this and see how it goes.
Some good running there folks. I agree you need something to focus your training on.
