lots of places to park up there but if open the car park opposite the rubbing house is handy for the finish albeit small or the car park opposite the 'tea hut' is handy for the start

yeah. its all uphill pretty much from the start through the ridgeway til u get to the roundabout where u cross the a246 and enter norbury park. there is then maybe 1.5km? of mild respite before another climb takes you up to the top of norbury park. so that could be 1 big hill or 2 separate ones, depending how u classify it. after that comes the steep down hill that would probably be quite good fun on skis.

after the initial uphill burst up the road the section between 3ish n 5ish km has quite a few small up n downs n finishes with a nasty but short little rise. after that its easy work. if u go to the website goodrunguide.co.uk (just sign up for a free trial n ull get enuff access to see this) u can actually view a 3D flythrough of the course that gives quite a good idea of the ups n downs
