Many thanks to all the marshalls and volunteers, really enjoyed the day. 

Nice course, the descent at mile 8 was the killer for me. But ran it quicker than Wilmslow, last month, and just 3 mins off my PB.  Finish time of 1hr 44mins

Will be back next year..

I have commented regarding the traffic at the end, and spectators wandering around near the finish line, this was a problem last year. It can get a bit frustrating running around these people !!

PH can't believe you ran with a broken toe !!! Good going!!! Paula Radcliffe pay attention !!  

Well done T Rex on your time and it was good to meet up again.

I'm going to see how the training goes before considering the Ultra.... you lot are a breed apart !!!
