Hey all

Not yet Jaggy - Scarlett is definately curious of the chickens but just sniffs the air around them and then moves on. They seem to be ok with her too, they just stand still and stare at her lol. We have a coop with a fixed run but on Saturday we're extending the run to enclose them with a larger space.

Arr KKD - i new someone had chicks but couldn't remember who it was. They are really sweet bless them. We have a jubilee orpington, a splash orpington and a Light sussex x orpington! They are quite friendly too No eggs as yet, they are still a bit young, but we're told it won't be long!

My swimming is getting better Jaggy (i think) im managing the 1500m in a pool in about 31mins now, which im really pleased about as with a little more effort im hoping i'll be able to do 30mins in ow for my 1st oly tri? Running is coming along ok, still taking it easy so as not to upset my pelvis and my cycling has been rubbish whilst this weather is bad! I just can't wait for the spring so i can really get going....

I've booked myslef on a series of practise OW swims before tri season begins!

Hi There everyone!

I've managed to stay sober for January, altho i did have a total of 6 units throughout the month. Im still doing ok and if i do have a tipple i can't really manage more than a glass

I start my new job on Monday - looking forward to it. Im an LSA for an underdeveloped 6 year old, trying to get him up to scratch so he can attempt his SATS!

Motorbike is sold..YES! And we're buying me another car on Saturday as i'll be the one collecting the boys from school and Ben dropping them off.

Scarlett had her first 'walkies' yesterday and she did great Im teaching Bay how to walk her properly to heal and he was really into it. Shes still an absolute angel, we all adore her!

We have 3 new members of the family too, all girls to make us more balanced. Their names are Batman, Robin and The Yolker (can you quess what they are? Bay named them)They are settling in nicely!

Lovely to read back and see that you're all doing so well still!

My training took off since start of Jan but today im sufferring from a low mojo, im hoping it'll pick up by the end of the day so i can run with Gregg as planned!

Kathy

Hi all

I can't quite believe im keeping to this i really can't, im thankful to Miss Scarlet for the interrupted sleep which makes drinking seem less attractive!

My house is filled with the aroma of Vanilla - those motion detector air freshners are fab and its stopping me wanting chocolate

Oh i meant to say aswell that the vet said that if she is vaccinated before 9 weeks her own immunity will interfer with the vaccine and prevent it from working properly.
