I read a while back from a couple of sources saying something along the lines that if you keep running on the same track/trail/road etc; over and over again (such as the same 5k daily on the same route) regularly that you eventually stop burning calories as your body adapts to the pattern of your running, and that in turn stops you losing weight etc; is this true?
Hahaha hahaha ha hahaha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha hahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah! !!!!
Cal's advice is sound an, and she says, hopefully you are getting some form of treatment for your BDD.
Oh.. so I'm a troll because my opinion differs from yours? Are you sure it's not simply a fact that you're a pretentious arsehole?
You know nothing abut me, nothing about my life, yet you feel you can make judgements.
Body dysmorphia?!?!? PMSL!!!!!!!
From all your crappy threads and stupid comments you obviously think you're something special, but you're not very bright are you. Why do you think I call myself Lardarse??! You fucking retard!
After 40 years I've realised there's no help, no one cares, no ones there to help you. We're born alone, we die alone. Nothing anyone can say will make you feel different, you just have to get with it and shut up.
