Perfect conditions today for running - a bit too cool for me but would be ideal next week.
NN good to hear you are close to the start - assume in Inverness and not Whitebridge!
OH shame about the poor directions. Well done to Elspeth.
Well done HM4.
Stewart a nice run this morning and cycle yesterday.
MG1 good restraint last night! Not long now.
Stuart at least you have done a lot of decent training so a few miles makes no difference now.
NP fantastic result today.
An easy 90 minutes for me today. Cool but still. Then more gardening, Grass cutting last night, took a corner too fast and demolished the garden bench - it wasn't even on the lawn!!
Well done getting out late Michael, never easy! That sounds like an interesting marathon
An easy 30 minutes this morning and all well. The calf started playing up after my dehydrated run last Saturday, they seem to get niggly in these circumstances.
Great photos Teknik!
Good to hear from you Stewart. Nice to hear that the training is going well.
Good luck all racers this weekend. Mace it is the other calf this time but I know it's not a tear. Hopefully with a bit of easy running, foam rolling and a rest today it will be ok.
Nice easy 4 NN & Teknik.
RJ I think most of us run Xmas and New Year's days. It's nice and quiet!! Will be good to have one other out there!
Great to hear you are ok Stuart.
NP the guys here have stopped the evening chain gang etc as it is dark so quickly. Possibly just as well you ran out of time as you are tapering!!
A short progressive run here - left calf has been niggly since Saturday and now it's a bit sore. Foam roller now I think.
NP well done on the intervals! Good luck with the Tri and mini taper.
NN well done getting out between shifts - I think I'm doing some strides at the end of my run tonight.
MG1 I hope the cold has come to nothing? And Stuart how are you today? Hopefully better!!?
Teknik great long MP run!
An easy 9m for me last night- the first evening run in town since springtime.
