Know the feeling Stuart, nice run there. Great run this morning, a few of us out so just a nice easy run with lots of chat, 15 miles so 50 for the week.
That's an impressive parkrun time Stuart, well done.
Teknik nice speed session the other day, good to use the treadmill for these.
Stewart I hope that is nothing serious! The rest will be good and at this stage you'll be fine.
MG1 nice 18 miles.
A short run for me today, 5.53m including six 2 minute efforts. Truly pathetic pace especially into the wind but it's a start! A longer run planned tomorrow. Got my marathon plan!
Shame that your night out was cancelled OH. Still time to reschedule?
Stewart how was the foot on the treadmill? You'd have had Jenny for company!
Very icy here too Stuart, a few scary moments when trying to turn corners or slow down. Did a warm up before the group run so 11m in total.Still snow on the ground here and very cold.
Wouldn't fancy a 50k in this jason! Good luck.
Snow and high winds....suppose I'd best get used to it!!
Take care anyone else running tonight. Stewart might see you, I'll be running down to the Bught to get some miles in before the club run.
Obviously I'm a big chicken as rather than go out in the dark tonight I did 8m easy (8mm) in the garage! Sometimes I just don't have the courage to get out there.
Well done getting out Teknik. I'll be out tomorrow.
Stuart I suspect it'll be colder and blowing a gale tomorrow!
MG1 good news that all was well on the run after the PT session last night.
