Michael I will not be doing any sort of long runs for some time! I don't think I'll start specific marathon training until about 8-10 weeks prior to London. Even then just one or two runs of 20+ miles - seems to be what works for me..
Loved the dark cycle although the downhill was pretty scary. Back out tonight.

Laptop has died and I'm rubbish on the phone as I can only open one page at a time. Lots of great running going on. ???? new laptop should arrive next week.
No running here yet, didn't do much turbo work either last week ???? but did a turbo session today and club cycle tomorrow. ????

OH you are hardy still in shorts, 2 degrees here today and freezing on the bike yesterday.
The bike was really tough. Ended up through my own confusion not in the slowest group; they were picking up the pace to split the group up and I didn't realise and hung on. My quads just died on any uphill and we were going too fast for me to eat or drink so I was barely moving by the end, cycling back into a strong headwind/crosswind. 60+ hard miles but it has to be good training!!
