Road to Nowhere: I've gone completely cold turkey on all refined carbs/sugar etc. and that's worked better for me that trying to ease my way into it. I'm surprised tbh, but so far so good. I've replaced the carbs with good fats though, and eating lots of veggies, so that's helped. Good luck!
So I got my 3 mile run done last night. It felt like much more of a struggle that the same runs last week but I did it. I've lost lots of fitness in the past few months, so I know it'll take a while to build back up but that's okay
Really Seren? I'm definitely eating more dairy than usual, and I've been okay with that, but I don't think I want to keep it up to the same extent. I find too much dairy over an extended period and I feel a bit bleurgh. I'm just going with what I fancy for now, but as soon as I stop losing weight I'll reassess.
