Rejected mag arrived today. That's four in a row now I think, or is it five? Will get round the checking at some point.

The ballot is exactly that - a process of sheer chance. We are told the odds are around 1:5. So we should all be expecting NOT to get in and be pleasantly surprised if we do. Surely?

I have never really thought of myself as a 'Mr Spock', but I can't understand all the emotion. Nobody has a right to get in. You just have a chance. End of story. The computer that randomly selects entrants cares not a jot for how many miles you've logged, or how few. Just down to luck. And I can live with that, and the associated disappointment.

I might run Edinburgh instead, or somewhere else. And I will apply again to LM next year.

I shall log on again in a year's time for more of this madness.

Best of luck to you all!

Did you bequeath?

Anyone in that DIDN'T bequeath?

Anyone rejected that DIDN'T bequeath?

SO it seems rejected bequeathers and accepted bequeathers have heard. Have rejected non-bequeathers heard anything? That would leave a lot of accepted non-bequeathers still to hear (maybe tomorrow???)

Hope I'm among them!

Those of you that are in: has your card been debited yet?

I've not had a mag yet, nor has my worldpay agreement been activated. Anyone actually seen money leave accounts?
