Time is a non-starter for me; instead my plan is get my weekly long run up to 20 miles. I've started the year on 15 miles, so I've got a reasonable base to build on.
I'm a very slow cyclist so I'll need to prepare for a night ride if I go that way.
That sounds like a good plan. Yeah, I thought following somebody might be a bit stupid as soon as I posted it.
Cheers! I'll have to come up with a plan then. Or I might follow somebody that looks like they know where they're going.
I'm planning to ride back to London when I'm done. I'm sure lots of people have done this, so I'd just like to know how easy it is to find your way back. Can you just retrace your route or do you have to find another way back?
