By & large I have always run in the morning during the working week and enjoyed a lie on at the weekend going for a run either just before dinner time or before tea. Running in the evening always had a dire effect internally, I won't elaborate.
Routine currently is lay out kit last thing and when I come to head for the door, back to make better half tea, shower and then head for the Tube about 6:50AM. Early morning by the river is magical when the sun is rising but that is now after I get back.
I have a recurring blister between my big toe and the next toe on my left foot. Strapping tape allows the skin to heal but as soon as the tap comes off the blister recurs. Am wearing correctly width fitted New Balance shoes & have done for XX years without this being a problem.
