Well, I've figured out a reasonably tough core and upper body workout that doesn't appear to tweak hip. Look out arnie! And swelling has started to come down...just have to be patient....aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!.....aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh!!!!!

Diagnosis is I have a severely bumped bum aka soft tissue trauma which rocks as that heals faster than tendons and the like. Ibuprofen, sit on an icepack, no running or cycling etc for wknd but can do most strength stuff. Seeing again on Monday. I love my fizz...asked if it was a good night and as it was then meh. She's unlocked lower back and around the site too and it responded really well...apart from my screaming sending her deaf.
