Thank you for that. I do run with a club twice a week which is usually 6 miles so am used to running that distance and I have taken up the park run again this weekend and did 29:58 but my worry is that I won't be able to sustain it for 10k. Could you let me know the training plan you are using please?
Hi all you fast runners out there! Am running 10k on 31st October and would like to do it in under an hour. I did it last year in 1hr 3 mins. I'm not a fast runner more of a distance runner and I find it hard work but I am very determined. At the minute I'm trying to run faster doing a bit of speed work and I am getting there slowly. Is it doable between now and end of October ? Am a bit clueless when it comes to stuff like this. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you????
