Hi, having run for a number of years, I always want to understand my running style and potentials with a PB of 1:42 for a half and never getting my elusive 1:40 or even 1:35 without killing myself. Has anyone tried out the ASICS Running Lab (http://www.asics.co.uk/flagship-store-london-oxford-street/running_lab/ ) and is the £200 worth it? Thanks RB |

I thought it was in my head the small pain on my ball on the big toe but yes, sounds like the same problems above ! Only problem too is how it treats my toes as feels cramp in. May go back to my 10's this week to compare as I already ran 60 miles in the 11's to give it a go. I can't describe shoes properties to describe why it may be giving these problems so I am not going to try! |

Thanks Johnersh! Perfect for ordering Gels over £40 for the code to work... Will need all the monies I saved for dentist work afterward! |

I wear both the GTS 8 and Triax 12. Triax is certainly a softer ride and does seem to control the pronating. My previous shoes : Kayano gave me ITBS after 200 miles Inspire gave me Shin Spint after 50 miles I do like the GTS 8 but heels wear out around 250 for me and the upper for Triax just feels a bit flimsy for me. Just rotating as only had the Triax for about a month and no ill effect. |
