Really? Thats not good I thought I d be up n about in few weeks.
I had been rest icing n elevating it but had thought it was on mend but appears to have flared up again Is it ok to swim?
I got a support bandage but that was causing pain!
i recently pulled muscle fibres in my leg leg calf area, very painful! not running but dancing but i m in my 2nd week now and signs of improvement, after broozing is going, and taking inflammatories and started to swim its helping. but ceased up from time to time. i am running edinburgh and conscious i need to start recovery of the area and start training soon, at the minute i can just about walk with a limp afraid of starting back too soon. can you advise any exercise to strengthen? i have a foam roller.
