Aw kwilter I've just caught up with your news.  How terrifying for you.  Sending you bigs hugs and plenty of strength.

I know in my case, even when I was having fine need aspirations and ultrasounds being done on my thyriod tumour (thankfully benign) my consultant told me that the only way to be certain if it is benign, is to have the tumour removed and then tested.  Apparently with the Thyroid glad a lot of the tests give false negatives.  I've no idea why that is, and I'm so cross that you weren't give that information either.

Take care and thinking of you.

Ouch!! Poor You!!

Yes it's awful being injured - I've been injured for nearly 10 weeks now with at least another 6 weeks yet.  I did briefly comeback, to complete my race for life, as I thought my injury was healed, but no I came back too soon and did too much too soon .

Rest, rest and rest just a bit more, to be sure   Good luck and I hope your ankle heals quickly for you.
