| Has anyone heard about their prize? I was fortunate enough to win but have heard nothing despite emailing Triathletes World. |

Liz - Many thanks for your answer, it is much appreciated and will be taken on board. Good luck to everyone who is running in London (which seems to be the majority of the posters!) J |

Hi Liz. I am running my first big ultra next weekend, the 53 mile Highland Fling. I have just short of a month to recover/prepare for the Edinburgh Marathon. What would you recommend in terms of recovery and runs during the month leading up to Edinburgh given my slightly unusual/mad preparation? Given the nature of the Highland Fling, 90% of my preparation has been trail running. Thanks |

| I have experienced issues with the Nike+ unit in terms of accuracy. To log the required 10k for the Nike+ run yesterday, I needed to run just over 11k and that's with the unit callibrated. I am also not keen on taking my iPhone on longer runs such as 1/2s and marathons so I do use a Garmin Forerunner 305 and, of all my running purchases, this stands head and shoulders above the rest... If I had to start all over again, this would be first on my list. It is most definitely worth the investment (Can also be used hillwalking etc to track your routes later on Google Earth). I do like the Nike+ community/web site however, and, as such, persevere with my Nike+ unit on shorter runs. |
