Erm, the race t-shirts appear to say London to Oxford on the back? Great effort by Centurion and all of the volunteers for putting the race on- THANKS!

That was totally exhausting- took me 9 hours to cover the last 20 miles; is that a record for slowness!?

Ill also- any TP100 runners out there who are healthy!? Does anyone live between the Henley to Streatley section and has been on the trail recently? Is it flooded and impassable? I wanted to do the 20 something miles, stay in Streatley and then do the reverse, but don't fancy a swim.

Yep, I'll do the full 100 of the Thames path, Richmond to Oxford....I live in London so its easy to get to/from points along the route.

Im fine having the races to motivate me, just a case of whether I go out and do the 5/6 hour trots that I have planned...
The stort 30 went well enough, completed in 4:13. Picked up a couple of valuable lessons also, primarily- don't run past an aid station without taking something as you just may miss the next one! I went from mile 5 - 20 wAter-less! Your 35/40 mile training run sounds ideal...I plan on doing the full 100 path in five instalments over the coming months.
