Hi Tim, I am still waiting too for my magazine but a fairly quick call this morning to the VLM team on 0207 902 0200 quoting my name & date of birth soon sorted out the fact that I'm a reject ...... hey ho.... onward and upwards.
You've certainly started something here AP - you should start a club as I think that makes 10 of us that liked the 2010 VLM and were encouraged enough to enter next years race. It might take a few months to fill the ballot though at this rate but who cares, as long as we are all happy .

That;s the beauty of these big events - it gets mere mortals like you and me off our sorry asses and into running, as well as raising the readies for some great causes. This was my first full marathon too (£2,300 for Help for Heroes) and I know I've inspired at least one other to enter next years event - that's 9 now - odds are shortening but I hope Mrs AP gets in too ..
Come on guys, this isn't a whinging forum, its a forum for those of us that loved the 2010 VLM and have entered again - warts and all . Apparently there are only seven of us in the ballot, unless you know differently?
