Did a turbo session in my pirate monaco.... if i smother myself in goose fat to wriggle into it then it is actually ok. Used the session to get down on tri bars, practice drinking from torpedo bottle and then take bottle (off the table next to me) to refill it.
Now i just need to practice (learn) how to do a tyre change and i am READY!!
Do we need number on back for bike and front for run as per usual tri's because i want to carry food in my back pocket and not sure if number belt would obstruct?

Single parenting this weekend and had sports day yesterday, a swimming gala today and the paint runner to get ready for in the morning.... Ok it is nice that we are a sporty family but sometimes i wish they would just veg in front of a TV!
Had a reflexology session earlier today - very energising! Only 2 weeks to ironman!!! eek
Well i was in a crappy top and everyone else had posh or fun or bright etc etc gear. Now I am beginning to believe I can actually complete the distance I was thinking that wearing some pirate kit would be good?
