You are still full of hormones and if breast feeding even more so. Your body is working hard to keep up with demands of a newborn and you need to cut yourself some slack. A prolapse is very common and if it doesnt improve on its own enough to run with then there are plenty of options which can help. I had a csection which put me out of running for months and a ventouse with my last which like you did some rather attractive stretching which took as long as the csection to fix.
I would echo all the advice already given, take your time now to ensure a healthy future for your whole family. I feel your worry so if you are down remind yourself this is just a blip and you are already getting better.
Struggling to keep everything on an even keel with work and kids and not sure I actually want to anymore. Spent the journey to work in tears as work phone had gone flat, had to squeeze extra meetings in to my day and then parents evening and junior athletics clashing. On my knees by the end of today and as we walked in the door youngest fell and split his head open on the radiator..... Arrrgh
keep up the good work folks, I am on the verge of admitting defeat!!!
Effing Madness - not sure i like your devious ways. I would NEVER do something as underhand. I have however just won a new swim hat and swimsuit......
Supposed to be braving the welsh water at Aber sprint on Sunday but for the 1st time in my life I really CBA'd. Put on half a stone since cotswold 226 so cant do my race wettie up and dont fancy rolling out of the sea last in my fatsuit.
I am a bit (a lot) concerned about the fact that I took the very 1st recommendation I read about staying at kiln park and booked. NOW i see people saying it is a long walk from the finish and I want to cry a little.
