I've damaged my hamstring and have been told its a strain, been getting shooting sharp pains and soreness, have been putting ice packs on it twice a day and not ran since monday. How long does it take to heal ? Got Liverpool next week am pulling out of that as i want to be fit for London, Any advice would be grateful !!
I've entered the Wrexham marathon and just went on runners entered to see how many are running and only 500 are down for both events ? Is it me or is this a small amount for such a big event thats in 4 weeks time ?
