I certainly could do that. I work Midlands/North so if there is anyone happy to travel to my surgery PM me for further details.

 I am also trained in SEM. Sports and Exercise Medicine.

No I'm here till 8pm mate, started at 8.20 this morning. Fitted a run in at lunch time 5miles to get me through the mostly snow related illnesses!

The snoring should settle as its most likely due to nasal and upper airway congestion, as you get over the illness this should reduce.

 I would return slowly whenever you have no fever and feel up to it. If you have any symptoms below the throat ie cough etc, dont run yet..

Although i dont know you i have heard most of your past 'lady friends' get up and leave in the night- usually for the front door, so yes thats normal for you!
