Post GSR I have had what I first thought was bruising on my left heel as I tend to run pretty heavy (15 stone and 6ft 5 will do that to you!). Felt Ok and did Circuits on Monday but as soon as I started sprints it "went"! Ouch!
Looking into it because of my naturally tight left achilles, susception to gout and prontaion recognised at the running shoe shop I suspect I might be a Plntas Fasciitis sufferer after only recently getting up to the 10mile distance in my running.
Anyone got any experience or advice on how to treat and prevent this recurring please?
I am going travelling to S.E Asia, Oz, NZ and China for 7/8 months next year. Does anyone have any tips on training whilst travelling or know any decent run routes/tracks in these countries?
