What shoes did you go with?
Runs are far more accurate now from a watch then when I used to use a Smartphone. I too have a truly impressive mile PB from those days
Useful read that, I was thinking specifically about the not eating in the early part of the run thing, to jumpstart the mechanism? I do train fasted, but that's a slightly different thing I think. Anyways

Running I tend to do Bellemonte entrance up to monument, just because it's quicker.
