Fido2Dogs, hadn't noticed that RxSport did a free home trial! I live in a very rural part of Shropshire, so scouring shops to try out kit is impossible ~ though I do make a 58 mile round-trip to Up&Running in Shrewsbury for running shoes....and for my fashion accessories, not U&R, but Shrewsbury

Just looked at Rx site ~ free home trial is not available for non-prescription sunglasses...

I went against the above advice and, after lots of reading of reviews and articles, purchased a pair of non-prescription Adidas Gazelle Climacool Pro Nordic from an on-line company, RxSport; (good returns policy and very helpful on the phone).

The sunglasses are fantastic and fit brilliantly for me ~ the nose bridge is adjustable and the hinges have 3 adjustable positions. Ventilation and a sweatblocker foam band work a treat. I have the 'small' size, also available in large. Came with a second lens in orange which are suitable for low light conditions, so keep the flies out of the eyes on early evening runs! I love them  .

Agree with Muttley, hot weather calls for 'high UV protection' Buff made from Coolmax fabric. I love their headbands, helps keep sunglasses in place, and my hubby wears the 'visor' or buff... pirate style

Love my Fitflops ~ wore them all last summer and bought myself  a new white pair recently. Can't say I noticed any 'derriere' improvment but as 'runnersbeen' says they are a treat for feet after a run....

It continues to add miles to your existing account. You can use both (not at same time); running with Sportsband when you don't want music and the Sportkit with nano when you do!
