I'm getting exactly the same error reports from my 301. Shame really that garmins own mapping software is so naff.

I suspect thats what happens when you try to map the whole planet, no detail !

Yes, it all looks very cool on TV, but when your a 35 year old fat bloke, and try anything on the kids climbing frames down the local park, it's somehow never the same

Must be a gang thing

Mind you after running thru some water stations in big races all that nimble footwork comes in handy dodging discarded cups

Got loads of stuff off ebay and never had any problems. I do always check out the sellers history first thou.

Wouldn't fancy getting running shoes, I'd prefer to try b4 I buy, might be ok to replace exact same make and model but even then ?

I'm already using a Tracklogs 50k self centered map, only £12, and it's been dead wicked even without a gps, my advice would be to shop around and then get the tracklogs map seperate.

If you get the tracklogs stuff now you can play with that first b4 the added complications of a 201/301

Oh the trauma, no 201 for xmas and me birfdays not till the wrong end of feb !
still it might be even cheaper by then.

oh it's so difficult, maybee the first 301's will all be full of bugs and glitches and tiny evil sprites, thats a good reason for delaying
