I was orange last year- it is near the front and I had no trouble with crowds here- finished in 1:46
Hello all- hope your all well.
not sure I dare say but I'm in great working order and nearly ready for Canterbury half in 2 weeks
Hello all- are we enjoying this lovely weather!
feel like I'm acclimatising
any of you use nike+ when running- seem to have gathered a rather fun gang of American friends - leaderboard makes for good motivation
Achilles good- odd ankle ache for last week - May have overdone it a bit in new inspires( see above- maybe a bit too much motivation!)
hope your all well
dont think it's a major issue. Trying to find replacement for my elixir ( also wear orthotic) and have been running in the inspire.
developed pain in my ankle. Doesn't huts to touch or walk but stiff and get a pain when I need to push of on that foot.
resting is helping and I'm presuming there's just too much support going on and I need to ditch the inspires.
alex im searching for a replacement for my elixir at the moment.
settled on the inspire at the moment. tried the sequence and it felt more supportive than the inspire, heavier and much less responsive if that is of any help.would say that inspire trumps it
would agree with the other guys that have posted- if the inspire works for you stick with it. consider youself lucky to have hit upon something that works for you so fast! good luck
