Has anyone had low B12 levels, last time i went to the doc i was told this.  I've read this can cause some tiredness, but also if too low is irriversible, attacks the nervous system.. Does anyone know anymore facts on B12 deficiency or is suffering too.

I truly know what you're feeling sami.  I've eventually got NHS physio after paying for it, which i think could be expensive and he didnt really know what it was, its still giving me grief, did do a little run on a treadmill, a little easier, but can you credit it, i've broke my toe yesterday, so never mind run can hardly walk...... Its one thing or another.  I just hope i can at least get a trainer on......!!

You should look at some of the summer offers at gyms until your hip gets better, what exactly is it??

Chirs, i too am having pains, i know it is not my hip joint i have too much movement.  i am able to cycle,  but running is a problem, every strike i take, my left side of the hip hurts and at times travels down the inside of my knee, but dont know if that is due to compensation of the pain from the hip area.  I have had 2 physio sessions, firstly they thought it was the insertion of the ext. obliques then the abductors, truthfully i dont know, i have rested for nearly 6 weeks with only 2 little runs to see if it can cope with impact, but no....

Like you it is very frustrating and depressing as i am sure you too are missing the runnign buzz!!!

Its a common thing, i was so nervous on my first and still do a little, i think i put too much pressure on myself, but get there early check out the route if possible and just do your best, you'll be buzzing afterwards and ready to do another.
