No worries and good you get to check out Paris and the route out early. Its a pretty flat course really with a few minnor up a downs and the good thing is with asics wristband your beable get into the champs start section of the race which means there be no probs getting held up at the start and it even has it own toliet in! How glamorous!

I cant say i have those urges but i do understand the lure of ultra running and testing yourself against distance more than speed. Maybe leave finishing the trail as a treat for after paris though! Im training for London in the same time as you really sub 2:40 so will be interesting to see how we both go. Im doing a half at fleet in 5 weeks to keep things focused come the big day but apart from that just be hitting the track and the forest for the long runs relly. Im sure your 10k will have come down quite a bit with all the training and should give you some confidence to take into race day. If theres anything you want to know about the race/experience etc  as it goes along just us know and i'll do my best to answer it.

Cheers KR yeah really pleased with my time and progress so far. Saw your time for yesterday aswell which boads really well for Paris well done! Hope your both keeping stacey busy with request for headbands and other asics goodies and enjoy the next training day in brum .
