MM - look after that calf muscle! I pulled one last year, took 6 wks to heal. NN - I do indeed have a foam roller, and an expensive physio helping me. I think (fingers crossed) that the problem on Sunday was my shoes. I'd been training in a new pair, but they were giving me blisters, so for race day I decided to wear my old pair. I think they might have been more worn out than I thought. |

bad bad Royal Parks Half today. IT pain from 3.5 miles. not sure what happened, did 10 miles pain free in training. This is going to make doing the two halves at Disney hard! |

Depends how early you get there, but everyone has a long walk in the dark to the start so I wouldn't stress about it. Happy Training! |

saw your marmite shirt last Sunday, too distracted by that to notice it was you in it till you'd gone past. Enjoy your Marathon training this winter (evil laugh)... |

| There's a one-off payment plus an annual service charge. Can't remember the exact figures, but can look them up if you want. We bought into Bay Lak tower, which had a higher buy-in price, but lower service charge. |
