Hi Mummy Kez - I do!
I have been running on and off only for a while, but feel that my enthusiasm flags a bit - would be great to have a buddy! I have restarted by sofa to 5k app and am in about week 3 so far.
Looking for a 5K race to join to motivate myself..

Read back for AGES - am now 80 years old!
Chuggs - such a sweetie - thank you for your kind words, and I think the bedroom sounds lovely. C2 will really appreciate the efforts you've made for him/her?

DL - Can't BELIEVE the idiocy of the primary curriculum thing. Let alone the work and the money - ridiculous!

VLMmers - sounds great - am looking up Mudchute as I type. I am sure that is where I have supported before, and am just checking to see. Am confused by Spence talking about a half marathon at the same time: different race or just me being stupid?

Berry - sorry about the shoulder. Things like that are a damned nusiance especially when it is hard to do normal stuff...

((((((((((((waisters)))))))))

Love the shots of the garden, and the explanation for it too!

Laters all,

I know I am behind, but who's coming to VLM? Are you meeting somewhere in particular being in Londinium as I am, I thought it would be lovely to meet some of you in the flesh....

I forgot to say thank you to you all for all your kind wishes. It was a horrid thing to have to do, but he made it easy for me. When being checked over, it seems the vet touched his eye, or something, and he started crying like a baby...

Still he is probably up there, scavenging through bins, eating bones and filling his belly with anything and everything he can lay his hands on!

I keep remembering him flying across the park after a ball, or in front on my children's scooters, he always had to be first with his cocker spaniel ears flapping to the sides....

Still smiling...
