Hi all
AH,your pace is quite amazing!!I haven't a clue what a 8 m/m would feel like!My quickest ever recorded mile was at 10.01m/m!!Sure you can do your marathon at 8m/m.
FE sorry you've been having trouble with losing posts and that prof Leighton has been driving you made!Hope the half term is going ok,soon goes past when its only a week
I have my parents visiting us here for the first time this weekend so busy preparing food, housework etc OH asked if royalty was visiting!!
Ran 4 miles this evening at 10.40 pace, there seems to be lots more runners around here at the moment.Loving the LG's though have adjusted the laces and only use 3 sets of holes-just seems to suit me better as my feet seem to swell a bit so helps to keep them fairly loose
Hope FL and JT are having fun.

Looking forward to my run today. Will catch up with OH and then head out, hopefully for 10 miles but HL1has 3 friends for a sleepover today and they willbe arriving at 4pm-so better be back then as not really fair on a jet-lagged OH

What are cliff shot blocks?I got some power bar ride shots from Holland and Barrett so probably a similar thing-they're like a chewy sweet and contain some caffiene

FE,I would love to run 3 miles @10.03 pace! It was in fact 10.30m/m But if I borrow your legs then one day it might be possible!?
WM,have a good weekend.Royal Albert Hall is a lovely building, very steep up the sides though so hope you don't suffer vertigo!Would be good to see you at Stroud.Another one local to you is the Chippenham HM which is run in Sept.
FL,good running,especially after your ailments
SS,hope the calf is ok and have a lovely pre-valentines dinner
Had a good afternoon.Making photo frames with 27 8 year olds was fun! They were also very interested in this bit of wire on my teeth at the moment, they got so close to have a look-no idea of personal space at that age!
good running all |
