I'm doing the Leeds Castle 10k - its my first 10k - did the Maidstone Mote Park 5k in May and have kept up the running. If you've decided to enter then I'm happy to exchange mutual support if you' are!!!
Not sure what the standard is like there - I believe its pretty hilly! Am currently doing 5-6k reasonably comfortably 3 times a week - not really sure how best to progress the training on other than extend the distance gradually. Any tips appreciated!
