Holly brought with her at Christmas some Marmite fudge from the IOW. It was actually nice. I wasn't keen on the Blue Cheese version though. I love Marmite but don't think I could eat it on a hot x bun.

I am amazed and delighted that I am reading 8.30 min miling for you Daffs , however briefly. You are doing so well with your training. How different from the days when you would stop and shop during a race. LOL
The beach was nice , if a tad chilly and breezy. Ozzy and Mr L are snoozing in front if the F1 practice now.
I am a bit tired today. But its ok as I know this is normal, like other people feel sometimes, and it will pass with some rest.
(((((Coco)))))) I know how you feel. After years of dodgy knees and other illness I am now doing run/walk 1 minute intervals. Its keeping me going more or less pain free for now and I am really enjoying being able to get out there again. I hope, as has already been said, the Galloway method, or something like that, can help you too. Keep positive, it will get better.
