Hi all - been very remiss of late ..... life is too short and too full. Will read back some now but will not be able to catch it all up.

Ummm - I live in Whitley Bay now wtnmel just beat you in the moving in stakes  But as I am not fully trained I'm still commuting to Swansea to work ...... if anyone knows of a room for 3 nights a week going spare? Anyway apart from the being away bit it is making me very happy.

I did note the old age thing going on - 50 next Jan and really looking forward to it. All those new age group best race times to get!

Right - back reading now
