I've frozen a water bottle and sit on it for 10 mins at a time. It really ices the spot perfectly. I can then roll it from the point of pain down my hamstring.
Thanks for the words of caution but my physio has given me stretches and strengthening excercises to do and I will stick with it. Early days for me, just hope I have caught it early enough.
So much on in 2015 I really don't need this.
Just been diagnosed with HHT too. Reading the horror stories is doing my head in! Started exercises and stretching, just hope I can get on top of it.
Coventry way 40 is a fantastic entry level trail ultra. Great route, excellent support and cheap. Mid April. I've run it twice and it is fantastic.
You really are more dedicated than you let on G
