i really enjoyed it!  well, the running was hard.  really hard.  the sand was much tougher than i expected.

the race was great though - the kind of even i really love, well organised by nice folk, something a bit different, odd distance and surface and nice a nice day out with the family to boot.

Thanks to everyone at Halstead for one of the best days running ever.

Easily one of the best events I've ever run.  Loved every minute of it.  I can see what all the fuss is about. 

Thanks to the organisers, marshalls, supporters, baggage girls (and guys), drinks stationers, photographers and ice cream sellers.
