| Excellent Multisport. Got to say when I did the 21 Miler ,March of last year,I have to say ,you were well organised and it was all very hospitable. The food at the finish line was grear as well.Hope to see you in three weeks,touch wood |

It is out and back ,but you start back from further down the A 20. There is support along the way in places.Like you I went out yesterday and did around 10 miles x country and felt a little sapped of energy. Click on to the web site,as the Map is on there. Its split in two .2nd map is the continuation of the route.Best of luck.

| Its Steep ,but Your time for a Flat Marathon is the same as mine,so dont worry about the hills.If anything its better. I did this course as a 21 miler in 2 hours and 50 minutes,so if you do this, which i think you can,you no worries MrMO. |
