Just out of interest, what does everyone envisage themselves completing this event in, and also what was the range last year? i beleive i was probably slowest of the finishers last year ... it was still light I thought I "won" that prize last year . Looking forward to Sunday, just checked the weather forecast and it looks good yey!! |

I'm doing it in June, testing the tent out before IMCH in July Pudge, from what I understand it's a hilly course on the bike, but I could be wrong!! |

+1 on the breathing out under the water. That coupled with the more regular breathing |

I saw an improvement in my swimming when I switched to breathing every 2 strokes. It felt a bit odd at first, as if i was breathing constantly, but actually it worked. I nolonger get that gasping/drowning feeling, and I can keep going in a relaxed rhythm much more easily. Stil as slow as a wet snail, but I'm working on that |
