last nights club run wasin my mind meant to be easy and was for the first 3 miles but then got sucked up by the middle group and the red mist descended, blasted off the front and ran asif chased by the devil, never saw them again but did catch the quick group, today was a very slow trendy 5.
AA: I've done doubles a week apart and in my opinion its all about recovery and accepting that one of them is going to be better than the other, which is the good one is entirely your choice. Having run both, Boston is much more of a "runners" marathon, not a rhino in sight! Its also probably a quicker course than London provided you save something for heartbreak hill. Whilst the support at both is good the last 3 miles of Boston was just something else last year. You just need to decide which is the more important to you and do virtually nothing in between

19 miles in 2-50 so nicely sub 9's, was fine up to 16 then struggled home, boring on my own though! Somehow have run a 56 mile week (for strange historical reasons my week ends on a Monday!), almost feel fit
