Hi Spoons,
Just as i thought,u doing more than first implied !you seem to bo ok just maybee swap distances on Sat & mon, then you will be running on tired legs but more of a recovery for monday going into tuesday club session .I like the fact u r doing yoga for flexabilty & stretching also r u taking supplements with your daily diet ? other than that all looking good ,just dont over do the tues session as most injuries result from 'over doinging it '
Best of luck & increase miles slowly into what your allready doing.
James

Its as Kittenkat said, also if your surrounded by other group riders further back in the pack & no chance of gaining an advantage then 'your' boxed in & cannot really do nothing about it.It would take a right shyt marshall to report you for it !But belive me they do watch the front end of race as ive been 'P' for drafting as i was green too !
the BTF require every race has a motercycle go round .
