Hi all. I am back. Three months out with first an inflamed cartliage, then itb and tendinitis in the ankle.
Upto 20 mins running so far as really taking my time to build milage.
what sort of strokes per minute am I meant to be doing? I have got my session upto 30 mins now at 35 some (damper is on 5). I have read some of the pete plan and it mentions 30 rpm.
I know the route quite well. No massive climbs but it is technical.
Thanks DE. I've been doing all the stretches and rolling a man could.I'm hoping with a my good base that a good ten week training block will be enough to get me around.q
