NR- Good swimming and running- nice food too
Blooming hot for running here I know, I know... shouldn't complain - 5.69m recovery this morning and 8.21 in 1hr (7.18 av) this evening. Food tonight is chicken breasts cooked in a ratatouille stew
Fiona- need to stretch again after the hour's weeding! I am trialling the Mike Gratton plan at the moment- but there is more speedwork early on than there is in the p and d tempo run once a fortnight approach in the early stages....
