I went for the 55 & 2 combo. No sign of Blisters!!
I watch the ripples change their sizeBut never leave the stream
50 or 55 mile cycle followed by 2 or 3 mile run - Trying to keep up with Blisters.
LMH - I've been waiting for things to warm up. If I keep waiting it'll be Christmas. This race in two weeks is going to be a baptism of fire (or ice) but it'll make my target race in July easier!!

2k swim, 7 mile cadence spin, 4 mile run d&d earlier. I did post earlier but it disappeared!!!
Just entered an Olympic Tri on 1 June. Jasas. River swim - 600 m upstream followed by 900 down. Jasas.
