OH - getting tougher by the day (I note a bit of sense regarding the ice swim though) I have read about this before. I cant see the point - surely that sort of thing poses "risks"!!

I've a funeral tomorrow - runner from old club died suddenly Saturday morning. He Ran a half marathon last week in 1.40odd, aged 56.

Blisters - I have been having big calf cramp problems lately. Try http://www.dioralyte.co.uk/ One sachet a day. Seems to have sorted me out. Pharmacist (who is an athlete) swears by it.
