Foam rollering is horrid. I made myself do it at the gym last night even though nothing hurts. I know or am pretty sure my knees will hurt as usual in VLM, so it's a good thing to do.
In OTHER NEWS I found out today that I got a distinction (1st) for my 3rd year MA education on differentiation and I am SO EXCITED AND PLEASED! I am not a firsts sort of a girl you know! Can now just concentrate on VLM sub 4 and surviving OFSTED which is looming. School next door done today and tomorrow. Gulp. I really do not Like that sort of thing.
