carter - just joking about Buxton. I was running down Meadowhead with a backpack on Tuesday. I`m tall and beardy. I did get hassle with ITBS when I started running and foam rolling seems to help a fair bit. Also some dynamic stretching like leg swings / kicks.
Baz - is Nottingham a new course now? I seem to remember somrthing about it. And also the full mara maybe back there.
