During the race I felt fine, afterwards however my left knee has started to hurt. It's a fairly sharp pain which is on the outer edge of the knee cap and feels like it's below the bone. As it started after the race I'm thinking it might be tendon related?
It hurts most walking downstairs or pushing off my left leg to walk. It doesn't hurt to touch or when I manipulate the joint.
Any ideas on temporary relief/stretching of long term solutions around what might be causing it and what I can do to help are welcome!!
