i've just noticed that i'm the only one to have left a rating for the mersey tunnel 10k last sunday, strange considering there was 3500 runners!!! am i missing something?
a great crowd! take your time going into the tunnel! a big mistake by first timers is going off too fast downhill then having no energy left for the slog down the prom when you're out and being hot on sunday its best you go easy in the tunnel. A really good atmosphere awaits you, you wont be disappointed
Hi, i know it's very late in the day but i have a mate who wants to run this now if anyone has decided to drop out on the last minute? He lives in Liverpool so if you're in Liverpool yourself and can't make the run he's willing to reimburse you the full price, he can either collect from your home tomorrow or meet on race morning,either is fine,just let me know, thanks in advance
