You don't even need to open the magazine. I clearly read the word 'Sorry'.
I didn't expect the magazines to go out this early. But I don't want to think about it yet because of the almost inevitable disappointment.
Scottish Nocturnal Bear, isn't it a bit early to start ruling yourself out because of lack of fitness? You have a few months (!) to put it right,
I think that my hopes were too high. I am going to reluctantly back out, and maybe run next year.
I think that there was an element of doubt. And the judge agreed.
So it is possible (just) that he believed that there was an intruder. And then behaved unreasonably by firing those shots. Hence the manslaughter verdict.
Is it murder if you kill someone because you felt overwhelming fear, to defend yourself? I don't think so. And that was the defence's case.
