I think that if you mainly follow your plan, you can't go too wrong. RW Ultimate plans are good.
Hi Zoe. I know that with shifts, or even just with full-time work,marathon training is not easy! I suppose you just have to prioritise the long run, plus two or three other runs when you get the chance. I have read somewhere that less is more, but I am not convinced!
I know that I would find running four times a week almost impossible if I didn't work part-time.
