Some people will always spend all their money. It doesn't matter how much they earn, they'll get rid of it. They never have anything worth anything, their wealth is based on the size of the next pay packet.
So is it earnings or habits that result in rich people?
How does anyone make a policy fair on this basis?
I agree with cougie. If you have a modest income, then you will have to spend all or most of it. The 'rich' will naturally spend more but will also have more to save.
Each person will usually think that they are the 'norm'. The rich person will be surrounded by equally rich and richer people, therefore think themselves as living modestly or even badly off compared to others.
In my constituency, it is a fight between the LibDems and the Conservatives. Actually, Vince Cable is quite a good local MP, and the favourite to win.Labour does not have any chance of winning. nor the Greens.
I think that the government have been acting in a way that shows their ideology, some of which are downright unfair and unreasonable. I also still think (!) that Labour have more policies that can go some way to promote a more fair and just society.
